Saved by the Wine was founded in Summit County in August of 2020 after Allison Buffum met her original partner while working as a ski instructor at Keystone Resort. Built from a love of wine, food, dogs, & mountain community, it was created as a place to gather, share great bottles, & connect.
Today, the wine bar is proudly owned & operated by Allison.
At the heart of Saved by the Wine is a love for bringing people together—and a deep commitment to animals. We strive to create a space where community thrives, while giving back to those without a voice.
That’s why we proudly donate 2.5% of our net profits to local animal shelters. Save animals by drinking wine! 6k donated to date!
